Hope is still accepting applications for the 2013-14 school year!
There is still time to apply and enroll at Chicago Hope. Once all the steps below are completed, candidates will be invited to a family interview or mailed an admissions decision. The Average Class Size at Hope is 12 students!

Complete the Written Application online by clicking the button below:
Step 2
SEND TO CHICAGO HOPE:
A) Two teacher recommendations. CLICK HERE to print out the recommendations.
B) Current report card from 8th grade (for transfers- most up-to-date unofficial transcript).
Step 3
Take the Entrance Exam at Chicago Hope. If you cannot make the designated testing date, call the school to schedule a testing time.
OR
If you have already received your scores from another school, fax (312.491.1616) or mail your score to Chicago Hope Academy, Attn: Admissions at 2189 W. Bowler St. Chicago, IL 60612.
