Chicago Hope Academy is now accepting applications for the 2012-2013 school year!

The Admissions Process requires 3 steps:

1. Complete the Admission Application
2. Take the Entrance Exam
3. Complete the Family Interview

Testing Information:

Saturday, June 9th

Registration begins at 8:15am

Test starts at 9am. (finishes at 12pm).

The testing fee is $20, no calculator is needed.

Register at the Main Office of Chicago Hope at 2189 W. Bowler St. the morning of the test.

If you have already taken the High School Placement Test at another school we will accept that score. Fax a copy of your official scores to Chicago Hope Academy’s Admissions Office at 312.491.1616. You can also drop off or mail your students’ scores to our school at 2189 W. Bowler St. Chicago, IL 60612.

Testing is the second step of the three step Admissions Process. The first step is completing the Admission Application. The third and last step is the Family Interview, conducted after the testing process is complete.
